Payments

Payment methods

Payment can be made by BACS transfer or cash (for smaller amounts). Bank payments are preferable as we are able to track the payment history for both our customers and ourselves easily and securely.

Unfortunately we are currently unable to accept cheques or cards as payment.

Here is a typical example of a £100k project estimated to be completed over a twelve weeks period:

Our staged payment terms are provided in writing before the order is placed so that everyone is clear about the due amounts and dates. We find that leaving a residual balance of 5-10% gives our customers confidence that the work will be completed to their satisfaction and allows both them and us to track progress of the work.

Any additional work that attracts extra payments may be billed for payment before the start of the project or could be added to the final payment, depending on the amount of work requested.
